Energy & Environment

Energy markets and the natural environment are becoming increasingly important areas of economic analysis, and nowhere is this more apparent than in policy debates. New techniques in this area quantify the value individuals place on many different facets of energy markets and the environment, such as solar adoption and the value of air quality. Economics faculty and students working in this area are able to collaborate and network with scientists, engineers, and policy experts across Duke and throughout the Research Triangle.
