Focus on economics of trade and trade policy. Includes theoretical models explaining patterns of trade, economic gains from trade, and distribution effects (winner and losers), as well as the economic effects of trade barriers, major agencies and institutions affecting trade, preferential trading arrangements, outsourcing and offshoring, multinationals, and labor and environmental issues.
