The goal of this program is to prepare Duke sophomores from any academic major for the rigorous finance summer internship recruitment process starting in the spring of sophomore year. In the fall semester, students get valuable practice doing virtual interviews, now commonplace in finance recruiting, and gain confidence interacting with finance professionals. All sophomores at Duke University are eligible to participate.
